Hey gang...
Well, local radio continues to be extraordinarily kind to me and my music. This week I am the featured artist of the week and I will be played in every day part, every day (morning, midday, afternoon drive, evening). I am going by the station Wednesday morning to record an interview and live music segment which will air Sunday night at 7:00 during their local music program "The Detour". The show this week will be focused on me for the first 30 minutes of the show... they'll play cuts from both of my CDs and also the interview / live songs that we're recording Wednesday.
It is extremely humbling to receive this kind of attention from our local radio station. I've been a fairly harsh critic of Christian radio in the past (and I certainly still have some issues with it) but they've been nothing but good to me so far and haven't asked anything in return so I can't complain at all. I'm hoping this will start to help me out around town some with local bookings and stuff like that. I'd love to do more local church shows and this could for sure be a good springboard for stuff like that.
Anyway... if you're in Knoxville, tune in next Sunday at 7:00 for the interview / live segment. Any suggestions what I should play?
- Greg

That is so cool! Definitely do "My Jesus Won't Give Up on Me." From "Lower than the Angels" I think the title cut, "Up on the Black Keys," and "Uncle Joe's Bunyons." They will want you to do "Be the Body."
It would be hilarious to hear the Left Behind song, but I don't know if the audience would appreciate it as fully as it should be.

Dude, you're amazing! We taped the interview today and I played: Come Lord Jesus and Old Radio.
then they had me play "Talking myspace addiction blues". Fun times. The interview went great and will air Sunday night at 7:00.

Yeah, I think the myspace talking blues song probably went over better than the church of the future one...you could have singlehandedly started a riot playing it to their audience...
