I don't know much about music at all, so I could be way off-base here, but I don't think that Carolyn Arends gets the kudos that she deserves. My favorite songs from her are "Seize the Day" and "Eternity in our Hearts." Thanks for allowing me to offer this opinion for your consideration!

I Love Carolyn Arends! I haven't heard much of her newer stuff, but I remember when her first record came out, I wore that thing out. It feels the slightest bit dated now, but man, when it came out, there was very little literate Christian music, especially with a female vocal. I loved that whole record... Seize the Day was great. I also liked "reaching" a lot. My wife sang that one in church once and I played piano... fun times.
