Tonight was Greg's first concert following the release of Chase the Western Sky. It was fabulous! All the new songs are great and Greg always makes his concerts fun. The best moment of the show was at the beginning of "Up on the Black Keys." Most of the audience members have known Greg for a long time and already knew and loved the song so they cheered and whistled when it started. You have to love a musician who is still humble enough to blush when you like a song they sing. If you've been to one of Greg's shows before, go again! He tells new stories about the songs every time.
Great job, Greg! It was a fun night and I hope you are now down a box or two of CDs. We love ours already!

Thanks for the positive review Meriam! It was a lot of fun to be back and yeah... at the beginning of the Black Keys, that was a first! I was pretty flustered there... didn't know what to make of that! Are you saying that I tell different stories about the songs each time as if I'm just making them up? Every word I say is 100% true. Or... at least 99%. or less. I am definitely down a couple of boxes of CDs. I sold 51 which I think is the most I've ever sold at one single show. - Greg

No, your not making the stories up, just telling a different aspect or perspective. Or adding another element you did not tell about before, like you've said lots of things about "Old Radio" but never mentioned that you wrote it during a deacons meeting. I'm pretty sure that was probably the best thing that came out of the deacons meetings.
